🚨 Community Alert – Vehicle Theft 🚨
A Ford Transit van was stolen from outside a business premises on Wolverhampton Road, Cannock, near to Longford Road, at approximately 20:25hrs on Monday 16th March 2026.
The vehicle has since been located in Wolverhampton.
Residents and businesses in the area are asked to please check any CCTV, doorbell cameras, or dashcam footage covering the time of the incident. If you saw or heard anything suspicious, or have any relevant footage, please contact the police and quote incident 0158 17/03/2026.
Prevention Advice:
- Always lock your vehicle, even if leaving it unattended for a short time
- Avoid leaving keys or spare keys inside the vehicle
- Use additional security such as steering wheel locks or immobilisers
- Park in well-lit, busy areas where possible
- Consider installing CCTV or motion-activated lighting at your premises
- Keep keyless entry fobs stored in signal-blocking pouches
